These are the things that I know are true. 

When the words arose in my mind, I recognized them as the first sentence of this book.

These are the things that I know are true. 

A beginning of a story that is both fact and fiction, a story that breaks its own rules and believes in sabotage for the good of all. May this story in some way benefit all beings.

After these words echoed in my head for some time I read them on the first page of someone else’s book -- but that, quite literally, is another story – and it all came before – before before -- and you are here now and these are the things that I know are true.*
